Feasibility Study for the use of Solar Energy in FATA Areas

NUST Consulting has successfully won a contract with FATA Development Authority for carrying out Feasibility study for the use of Solar Energy & Pilot Projects implementation in Federally Administrated Tribal Areas (FATA) have 7 Agencies and 6 Frontier Regions. In this regard a contract has been signed between the two agencies on 26th June 2008.

While carrying out feasibility study pilot projects i.e. Solar home electrification in one village, installation of solar Lanterns in two villages plus installation of solar water pumping system will also accomplished by the experts from NUST Consulting and other NUST Institutes. The complete project has to be carried out within one year time.

This is a big break through as NUST Consulting, after accomplishing many pilot projects in Renewable field has entered into the phase of carrying out major projects implementation
